By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are permitted to use the platform.

Celebrate the Class does not guarantee that an event will occur as originally scheduled and is not responsible for changes, cancellations, or decisions made by event organizers.
Certain events may require tickets or payments.
Prices, availability, eligibility requirements, and refund rules may vary by event and may be determined by the applicable school, organizer, or payment provider.
Where payments are processed by a third-party payment provider, additional terms from that provider may apply.
Users should review the applicable event and refund information before completing a purchase.
Celebrate the Class may allow users to upload or share photos, messages, posts, event information, comments, or other content.
You retain ownership of content you create and upload, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate the platform.
By submitting content, you grant Celebrate the Class a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as necessary to provide and operate the service.
You represent that you have the right to upload or share the content and that doing so does not violate the rights of another person.
Users should only upload photos or media that they are permitted to share.
Content shared within a school community may be visible to other authorized members of that community.
We may remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, school policies, or the rights of others.
The Celebrate the Class platform, including its software, branding, design, logos, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Celebrate the Class unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit platform materials without appropriate authorization.
Celebrate the Class may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment processors, analytics providers, communication services, or external websites.
We are not responsible for the availability, content, security, or practices of third-party services.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the platform where reasonably necessary, including where:

We may also update these Terms when necessary to reflect changes to the service, legal requirements, or our operating practices.
When these Terms are updated, the revised version will be posted on this page and the Last Updated date will be changed.
Continued use of Celebrate the Class after updated Terms take effect means you agree to the revised Terms, where permitted by law.
